Marketing Executive - Retail

  • Contribute to the realization of decorative sales target by strengthening the distribution channel with projects, concepts and trainings,
  • Implement and control the Jotun Retail Concept in distribution channel is in line with the strategy,
  • Develop and implement retail projects and solutions to promote best shopping experience in retail shops that attract, engage and motivate customers to buy which will led to a profitable growth for dealers,
  • Manage the launch and program implementation of Painter Loyalty Program to enhance painters’ loyalty by continuously developing and implementing initiatives /
  • incentives so they become loyal customers and recommend Jotun to their customers.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Manage, develop and rollout programs for shop customers (home-owners/professionals)
  • Manage and rollout painter loyalty program,
  • Improve the service quality that Jotun shops offer today to enhance customer experience,
  • Understand the service gaps and opportunities in Jotun shops and fill those gaps,
  • Take initiatives to help fast, accurate and cost-efficient implementation of retail programs,
  • Make sure all new products launched get proper presentation in retail,
  • Creating visual merchandizing guidelines for Jotun shops to achieve a consistent look in the region,
  • Manage orders of all in-store marketing materials such as JCCI, JCCE, shop units, colour cards, POPs and organize internal processes in order to dealers receive them sufficiently and on-time,
  • Work in coordination with Jotun Multicolor Department to carry out changes and adaptations in the retail concept in EECA,
  • Implement, develop and evaluate the Performance Bonus System in order to increase the efficiency of the dealer channel. Lead and control of the trade marketing team’s work during the implementation process,
  • Organize online & offline Jotun Paint School, Jotun Retail School trainings and follow-up local dealer trainings and dealer meetings and incentive trips,
  • Manage relations with agencies and 3rd party companies,
  • Ensure that Jotun brand identity is used in all shops and brand communication is in accordance with corporate requirements,
  • Follow and evaluate competitor, market analysis and other relevant data
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on trade marketing or retail,
  • Bachelor level diploma from a university,
  • Advanced level skills in written - spoken English and Turkish,
  • Good level of presentation skills
