Ansvarsområde
- Sammenstilling og montering av undervannssensorsystemer
- Produksjon av prototype-komponenter i mekanisk verksted
- Mekanisk tilpasning, bearbeiding og finjustering av komponenter
- Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring av produksjonsprosesser
- Samarbeid med utviklingsavdeling og ingeniører
Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring
- Fagbrev som industrimekaniker (eller tilsvarende relevant fagbrev)
- Erfaring fra mekanisk produksjon eller verksted er en fordel
- Evne til å lese og forstå tekniske tegninger
- God teknisk forståelse og praktisk gjennomføringsevne

- Evne til å arbeide både selvstendig og i team

Manufacturing and Assembly Operator
Join us in development and production of some of the worlds most advanced underwater sensors used for monitoring marine life and man-made noise in the ocean. You will be working with a highly competent team at KONGSBERG and be involved in production, testing and the continuous development of our products.
What you will be doing
- Assembly and installation of underwater sensor systems
- Manufacturing of prototype components in a mechanical workshop
- Mechanical fitting, machining, and fine-tuning of components
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes
- Collaborate with the R&D department and engineers
We think you should have
- Trade certificate as an Industrial Mechanic (or an equivalent relevant vocational qualification)
- Experience from mechanical manufacturing or a workshop environment is an advantage
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong technical understanding and practical hands-on skills
You are able to
- Be accurate and quality-conscious
- Be structured and solution-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in technology and mechanical systems
