We are looking for a person to manage our office in Singapore, being responsible for our business the Asia Pacific region. Do you thrive on building relationships with customers and partners, do you have a background from the maritime industry and experience from project management and/or customer support management? Would you like to work in a company with a positive, can-do mindset? If so, this position could suit you well.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Responsible for Budget and P&L
• Responsible for Resource planning and management
• Sales responsible for the Region including leadership of the bid teams.
• Manage and develop relationships with customers and partner organizations in the region, primarily in Singapore
• Ensure Management System implementation and development in accordance with KONGSBERG Governance Directives
• The position reports to KNC President

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or relevant experience
• Experience from management and/or project management preferable from the region
• Strong professional qualifications and prior experience from a high performance sales team in the B2B market for technology products
• Experience from software implementation and project management would be preferably
• Fluent in English, oral and written

Location: Singapore, periodic travel to Norway

Time will be spent in Norway during the probationary period. Workplace is Singapore, and travel will be required in the region.
