Island Drilling is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our semi-submersible drilling rig Island Innovator. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing all maintenance activities on the rig, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience managing a team of maintenance professionals in a challenging offshore environment.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.å
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in the offshore drilling industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
