Kongsberg Maritime CM Sp. z o.o. is looking for an experienced and talented person for booking transportation with our logistic providers for outbound goods to our customer and inbound goods from our vendors on behalf of our product sites.  Ensure on-time collection and delivery.

 

Key accountabilities:

• Book transport and collection for our product sites
• Monitor In-transit cargo with vendors to ensure for successful deliveries to meet demands and deadlines
• Support to liaise with internal customers and transportation partners to create a good working relationship, while securing the highest level of service
• Give detailed directions and guidelines to transportation partners about nature of goods and delivery locations, and maintain communication with them to ensure that goods delivery on time and in good condition
• Collect & maintain records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
• Prepare reports, analysis based on shipment data

 

 Qualifications, skills and experience:

• A degree preferably in a field related to logistics / transport
• Minimum 1-year experience in Logistics / Procurement  
• Knowledge of logistics for efficient service delivery
• Action oriented in a decisive and timely manner
• Advanced Excel
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate globally
• Ability  to plan and organize client & vendor activities for efficient delivery of goods
• Excellent written and spoken English
