Main responsibilities

- Responsible for the implementation of new business wins into the business environment whilst working closely with different stakeholders to achieve a seamless transfer of ownership
- Alignment between customer expectation and operational delivery, management of internal and external stakeholders’ expectations if required
- The key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders during implementation and execution periods
- Manage all aspects of the assigned projects tracking milestones and deliverables to plan
- Establish and manage appropriate governance control.
