As a Lead Hardware Engineer you will be responsible for/work with power, analogue and digital electronics for marine environments. Key accountabilities 

• Technical Lead in developing world leading sonars to military naval customers 
• Follow-up of new and old products 
• Documentation and specification of next level sonar technology 
• Requirement based development
• Testing in lab or on board our R&D vessels in Horten 
• Participate in installation at customer yard 

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc electrical engineering within power, electronics or automation
• Experience with analogue and digital technique
• Knowledge of fiber-optics communications (Ethernet) 
• Acoustics (basic sonar knowledge) 
• Knowledge of military standards is an advantage
• Excellent collaborative skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
