Due to growth of our Service Delivery team in The Netherlands we are looking for an additional (Junior) Service Project Coordinator.In this role, you will be a part of the Service Project Coordination Team coordinating the services of the Field Service Engineers – Automation & Control.
Working as a (Junior) Service Project Coordinator you will carry out the planning and management of service orders and contracts, supporting customer quotations and ensuring on-time delivery and quality regarding customers service activities of Kongsberg’s Systems on our customers’ vessels and at major shipyards around the world. If you have experience within Kongsberg's customer support or sales department and/or technical qualifications in electro, automation, or electronics then you have the competence we seek. Key accountabilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of field service activities by our Field Service Engineers, working collaboratively with the Service Delivery Manager on resource availability and cost
- Manage and resolve project issues, liaising with the appropriate level of technical support and with the customer directly as required
- Ensure delivery of technical services and contracts that meet our customers’ requirements
- Ensure correct data in our global software systems e.g. Microsoft CRM and Dynamics 365
- Work together with the Technical Customer Support Engineer on constant improvement of customer satisfaction
Qualifications and experience
- A technical degree. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Administrative support
- Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime A&C products, services, deliveries, and customers
- Good written and oral communication skills in English (Dutch is a pre)
