Statkraft is Europe's largest generator of renewable energy from hydro, wind, and solar power. We are 3600 employees in 15 countries across the globe. Our aim is to become a leading developer of onshore wind and solar projects, taking on a significantly larger number of projects than before.
In the UK we develop, own and operate renewable production facilities and are also involved in the trading and origination of power from our own projects and those of third parties. Whilst this role will be based in London we currently have sites in Wales and Scotland.
Your role:
As HR Operations Advisor you will support the HR function, line managers and employees located in the UK on system operational HR related topics. Your tasks will include:
- Responsibility for UK payroll, liaison with our third party payroll provider to ensure the correct and timely, delivery of monthly payroll, benefit admin and reconciliation.
- Advisor on 3rd party and internal HR systems delivery; discuss user improvements, advise/train employees where necessary.
- Administer the requirements relating to employees on mobility assignment; liaising with internal HR Business partners, payroll and external tax advisors.
- Providing employees and management with support on our internal HR systems, time and expense systems and benefit queries.
- Support benefit annual renewals and auditing.
- Misc. HR administration, incl ensuring correct masterdata and organizational setup, reporting from SAP, correspondence and monitoring of special leave, E-file etc,
- Support new operational initiatives when required
Some travel may be required
Your profile:
- 3+ years experience working in an global organisation with mobility
- Strong payroll experience working with 3rd party supplier
- Ability to utilise various HR (SAP), IT systems and tools
- Good organisational skills
- Professionalism and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
