HR & Business Support Advisor (m/f/x)
In Kongsberg Maritime Germany an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, well organized and business minded HR & Business Support Advisor, reporting to the Country Manager.
You will have a central role in supporting the local team on all HR related topics and the day-to-day operation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a few years of work experience, who thrive to work in a dynamic environment and aspire further development.

You will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and our Country Manager while maintaining a keen focus on building up a good relation to the Works Council and our employees. Key accountabilities
- work closely with the HR Manager on various (global) HR projects
- provide general HR administrative & operational support towards employees, line-managers, and HR colleagues
- conduct end-to-end recruitment processes together with the HR Manager
- guarantee excellent on- and offboarding
- act as the point of contact for all Works Council related topics
- keep our HR software tool HRIS WORKDAY up to date in a timely and accurate manner
- contact point for payroll and pension related topics
- initiate activities related to Employer Branding; contact point for educational institutions, regarding e.g. career events or workshops
- assist with annual performance as well as salary review
- general HR assistance of the Country Manager and HR Manager
- take on tasks related to employment lifecycle management
- on site availability in Hamburg
Qualifications and experience
- a degree on relevant subject, but working experience may compensate for lack of education
- experience in an HR role (both administrative and generic)
- general knowledge of German labor law and Works Council regulations
- coordination and reporting of the time booking system (PROMARK)
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools
- experience with HRIS Workday is an advantage
- fluent in German and English
- experience in the maritime branch is an additional value
