Our Corporate Finance team is expanding. We are now looking to recruit new full-time analysts to join our Stockholm office starting August 2021.

About Corporate Finance at Handelsbanken Capital Markets
As a leading corporate finance player in the Nordic region, we provide qualified advisory services, efficient project management and coordination of complex transactions for the most demanding clients.

The team consists of approximately 50 professionals based in the Nordic capitals Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki. Corporate Finance in Stockholm advises many of the largest Swedish companies as well as medium-sized companies and private equity funds. We also advise international companies and private equity funds contemplating transactions in the region. Handelsbanken Corporate Finance has executed a range of landmark transactions in the last few years, which has positioned the team as one of the leading advisors in Sweden within Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM).

Your profile
Applicants should possess high analytical capacity and be highly motivated, enthusiastic and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. We expect applicants to have a genuine interest for the financial industry, the ambition to have a prosperous career within Corporate Finance and to contribute with high energy and an eagerness to develop further. Applicants should be team players, result-driven and be able to perform well under pressure and towards tight deadlines. We expect a strong academic track record as well as fluency in Swedish and English.

We also wish you to fulfill the following criteria:
- 0-2 years experience from working with Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Management Consultancy
- Finance, business or engineering degree with a strong academic track record
- Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
