Group Manager – Field Service Energy

Are you passionate about pioneering the next generation of energy solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as our new Group Manager – Field Service Energy.

As our Group Manager you will manage and lead a dedicated team of service engineers, ensuring the delivery of effective and timely services as requested by internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Follow-up and maintain that our service engineers have correct and up to date competence and certifications
  • Constantly improve our customer service standards to achieve service targets and goals
  • Support and assist internal and external customers
  • Fully adopt and operate according to HSE, Quality Assurance and Business Ethics guidelines and BMS procedure
  • Assist Coordinator with planning and coordinate service engineers’ assignments
  • Be a contact point towards the different product departments

Candidates will be assessed on an ongoing basis. 

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience from similar position or role is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant technical education is an advantage.
  • Experience with electrical system like, LV/HV switchgear, drives and batteries is beneficial.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
  • Travel as required

Energy Support, delivers switchboard and switchgear for high and low voltage installations, drives for applications for all types of vessels. Our projects are based on Service, Commissioning, upgrading and replacement of KM and other makers, Integrated Automation and Control Systems on vessels worldwide.
