GLOBAL SALES MANAGER

based in Tallinn

 

 Your main tasks will be:

• full account management for our portfolio of primarily Estonian clients. 
• you will be responsible for maximizing the potential of those customers in relation to the needs of our routes, as well as to explore new leads and business opportunities. 
•  duties will include client analysis, negotiation and implementation of agreements, year-round monitoring of performance, input and feedback to strategy as well as travel and representation of DFDS at customer meetings and relevant trade or network events. 
• you will work closely with colleagues in throughout the Baltic region, as well as the wider Passenger organization across the whole DFDS network

Requirements:

• have B2B sales experience
• are a master at negotiating agreements, have analytical problem-solving and goal-driven attitude, able to adapt to changing needs and situations
• have comprehensive commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
• positive and high-Energy
• good communicator, genuine team player
• analytical and data-driven
• speak fluent Estonian and English
