We are looking for a Global Business Development Director who wants to take part in shaping the company for the future.
 
The main tasks will be to participate in the development, execution, and implementation of the corporate strategy, as well as contributing with insights to the strategy process. The role will be responsible for identifying and utilizing strategic opportunities for Grieg Seafood ASA in our farming regions and markets. The position will report to the CEO.
 
The right person has excellent relationship skills, and has an analytical mind and structured way of thinking. He/she is also passionate about seafood and sustainable food production.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Higher degree on Master's level and relevant experience.
• An overall understanding of business processes and risks in the industry.
• Interest and knowledge about the salmon farming industry.
• Experience in leading strategy processes.
• International experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
