Take on a key position in the offshore and maritime industry

OSM Thome holds the position as the largest Crew Manager within the global offshore segment. We are strengthening the management team and are looking for an action oriented team player to strengthen the Offshore Crewing organization. You will be responsible for the day to day operation, and to further development the business together with the management team. 

We offer a role with high strategic value for the Company. You will experience frequent exposure towards our clients and be a key factor in the OSM Thome customer experience. OSM Thome aims to become the world's largest player within Ship Management, and has recently completed the industry's largest ship management merger ever. The role will work out of our head office in Arendal.

Vi tilbyr:

• Relevant education
• Experience from the shipping/offshore industry, preferably within Crew Management
• Relevant managerial background
• Marine knowledge/experience would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and master English as work language
