Job Summary:

Supervises and co-ordinates with a “hands on” involvement all CPF/EPF facilities and Export Pipeline production related operations, gathering the required information for the daily report, Monitors and checks plant operating conditions on site in accordance with set schedules, including taking samples, recording readings, looking for leaks, checking running conditions of equipment and position of valves, Operates equipments in the facilities in accordance with set SOPs, Carries out minor maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors and checks plant and process operating conditions on site in accordance with set schedules, including taking samples, recording readings, looking for leaks, checking running conditions of equipment and position of valves etc... Reports any major abnormalities to the Production Team Leader.
• Assist to operates process equipments in accordance with set procedures.
• Assist to perform project activities in coordinate with operation and project team.
• Assist to carries out minor maintenance and housekeeping duties as required, including greasing, replacement of minor parts of equipment, etc...
• Assist with operation team to operates process equipment in the facilities in accordance with HSE procedure and PTW when purging, draining, isolating, etc…
• Handles chemicals, adjusts chemicals injection rates as per program and be aware of safety precautions related to those activities.
• Suggests possible improvements regarding facilities and procedures to the Production Team Leader.
• Prepares the facilities and pieces of equipment for maintenance activities (ensures isolations are set as required in the Work Permits).
• Gets actively involved in the CPF and Metering Station commissioning activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering with Min 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in a similar position.
• Strong working knowledge and Good ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communication, Fluent spoken and written English
• Proven commitment and HSE compliance.
