About the Job
We are now looking for developers to join our central API development team. Our overall target is to drive the business development of SEBs Open banking offering – i.e. innovation in a broader ecosystem, where our banking services are consumable as APIs into customers and partners various channels.

Our function is an API center of excellence – we manage SEBs API platform, external APIs and the Developer portal which is our “marketplace” for APIs. We also have an important role in leading the organization towards the target architecture of microservices and APIs. We are involved in some of SEBs main strategic initiatives in designing and building the API offering.

You will be working as a Fullstack developer within the business unit Open Banking. One assignment will be to create a world-class developer experience of the Developer portal – building the Front-end and underlying functionality. Another assignment is to drive new innovation in a cross-functional agile team, by building APIs of various core products for our customers and partners.

The Frontend technology is HTML/Java/CSS/Angular. We build most of the solutions in.Net, but some of our developers masters Java. Other parts of the tech stack are Kubernetes/OpenShift, cloud, databases (eg. PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch), messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub), and we also work with Clean code, test frameworks, DevOps environment and scalable systems.

Who are you
You are a brilliant software engineer, mastering modern web technologies and have experience from designing and consuming APIs. We see that you as a person who takes initiatives and responsibility comes handy with the professional knowledge and expertise. You are willing to run your own projects and take part in others. You enjoy working in a team.

We see that you have experience in

• Angular, react or Vue
• JavaScript/NodeJS
• HTML5 and CSS
• Git
• Preferably .Net (but some of our developers masters Java)
• CI/CD
• Swagger

It is an advantage if you also have experience in Container technologies, as well as scripting (e.g. Python, bash).

You have a solution-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment. You have a genuine interest in new technology and exploring new things and learning comes natural to you. Furthermore, we think that you have excellent capabilities to engage people and build relationship. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
