Front-End Coordinator


An exciting opportunity has arisen as Front-End Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Front-End Manager, in the Global Customer Support (GCS) division. You will be a part of a global team under the Business Development and Process Improvements department, providing frontline services for our Global Customer Support division. The team works based on the “follow the sun concept’’ which is an 8-hour shift rotation between the APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS regions to provide around the clock support for our customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our phone support and email services in the EMEA shift (08:00-16:00 CET), providing assistance to both external and internal customers at Kongsberg Maritime.


Key accountabilities

  • First line phone support
  • Collaboration with GCS personnel worldwide
  • Contribute to streamlining and improving our Front-End process
  • Administration of our tools and database
  • Prepare training materials and conduct trainings
  • Produce work instructions


Qualifications and experience

  • Customer-oriented and service-minded
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience with MS Office 365, MS Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, both written and verbally
  • Knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime’s products
