An exciting opportunity has arisen as Forwarder / Warehouse Operator in our Forwarding and Export Logistics Department at Carpus, Kongsberg. The department is a part of Integrated Solutions – Operations, where we support our Delivery Projects and the Global Customer Support organisation in delivering hardware and spare parts to our customers – at the right time and right place.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare project parts and spare parts for transport
• Prepare and issue shipment documents
• Book shipments
• Expedite truck drivers with outbound goods
• Support our internal customers in serving our external customers
• Contribute to a high service level and continuous improvement of our working processes

Qualifications and requirements:

• Logistics/Forwarding knowledge and/or relevant experience
• Meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet)
• Preferably truck certificate T1-T4
• Experienced in using digital tools (mail, ERP-system)
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and in writing

• Service minded with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven, systematic and with a structured way of working
• Manages a high level of working pressure and deadlines
