K-SIM AS Supply Chain team is looking for a forwarder to join our Supply Chain team at Bekkajordet. This employeement will last for five months.

As a forwarder you will be responsible for shipment and coordinate internally and externally. You will support our delivery organizations in delivering projects to our customers worldwide – at the right time and right place. We are looking for a person with the right qualifications and attitude to join our team.

What you will be doing

• Handle shipments from site for worldwide deliveries
• Prepare and issue required export documents
• Coordinating and support our internal teams and external customers
• Contribute to a high service level and enhancement of working processes

We think you should have

• Experience from international transport, logistics or global export
• Logistics / Forwarding education
• Experience in using digital tools like ERP and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures

You are

• Service minded with excellent communication skills
• Self-driven and team-oriented, systematic and have a structured way of working
• Capable of managing a high level of activity and meeting deadlines
