Our heart of Operations is in Jakarta where we have our Distribution Center, Paint and Powder factory. To be close to our customers in this complex market we also have 7 branch offices and warehouses. We take pride in continuously improving to raise our standards and efficiency to support the growth and achieve economies of scale in a safe and positive work environment.
Currently, Jotun Indonesia is looking for a professional candidate to join us in Finance/IT department as Finance/IT Manager, part of the Top Management team reporting directly to the President Director with details as follow:
- Manage financial resources and overall responsible for all monetary movement to ensure that set financial targets and results are met, to develop and implement action plans to protect targeted profit
- Perform budgetary planning, tertial prognosis and monthly monitory control to ensure that the strategic plan profit can be achieved
- Provide financial accounting and statutory records in accordance with the requirement of Registrar of Company, Company Law, compliance to accounting standards and practices and group accounting principles from Corporate Financial Control in order to ensure full compliance
- Develop and train staff on necessary accounting and motivate them to always strive for greater efficiency and effectiveness with good teamwork and good interpersonal communication skills in order to develop people
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
- At least 7 years of working experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a multinational company
- Required skill(s): IFS, HFM, Tax, MS office, analysis of financial and management problems, and IT knowledge
- Fluent in Bahasa and English both oral and written
- Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cikarang Barat, Bekasi

- Bottom-line focus: focuses on bottom-line results, identifies potential risks and monitors the financial impact of own activities
