Working as a Field Service Engineer you will do field service and technical assistance of AUV, Hugin systems globally. You will perform technical support and maintenance on our products as well as in-house technical support to our customers.

Key accountabilities

• Technical support, Service and Commissioning on Subsea and AUV systems
• In house service of Marine Robotics and AUV systems
• Technical assistance to Sales & Marketing and Aftersales
• Follow up with appropriate technical lead after service and System as Service (SaaS) operation
• Provides customer support and training for new and existing customers both in house and in the field
• Document and analyze operational data
• Reads and interprets specific test procedures to properly perform and document test results

 

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor education or some years equivalent experience in AUV operations and service
• Experience with commissioning, test or maintenance of electronics and AUVs
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Able to travel overseas on short notice
