Facility Request and Support Manager

Kongsberg Maritime is seeking a Facility Request and Support Manager to lead our newly established request and support team. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, management, and system administration. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team achieving its goals of delivering agreed services on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for resolving request and support tickets.
  • Delegate, coordinate, and follow up on support inquiries and orders to ensure they are resolved according to SLA.
  • Perform controls within physical access control to ensure the company’s security policies are adhered to.
  • Identify, coordinate and execute improvements of defined processes/areas.
  • Be a superuser on defined systems, including access systems, visitor systems, etc.
  • Ensure that the data quality in Facility’s data systems is updated and accurate.

Qualifications and competence

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Service Management and leadership.
  • Highly experienced user of IT tools and systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with case management systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.), access systems, booking systems, visitor systems.
  • Experience with project management, process work, and relevant systems.
  • Preferably experience with ITIL or other similar frameworks.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • You must meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority: EU/EEA residency for the last 5 years and a clean criminal record.
