Facility Management Analyst

We are seeking a Facility Management Analyst with experience or relevant education in data processing, report development, and report visualization. This role will be part of the central Facility team and will be a key contributor to optimizing Facility operations globally.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, optimize, and develop Facility’s data sources. This includes being responsible for developing reports and dashboards to analyse service levels, KPIs, and trends.
  • Analyse data related to energy consumption, location data, office capacity and utilization, as well as infrastructure maintenance to ensure optimized cost levels.
  • Prepare analyses to better predict downtime on facility infrastructure equipment.
  • Monitor our support channels and ensure our SLAs are met.
  • Assist with internal controls.

Qualifications and competence

  • Experience with IT systems, databases and programming tools
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps
  • Experience with ITIL or other similar frameworks is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Service Management and Facility Management.
  • Knowledge of process work, project management, and relevant systems
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian.
  • You must meet safety requirements from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority: EU/EEA residency for the last 5 years and a clean criminal record.

Workplace
Kongsberg or Horten. Must be a able to work at the main office in Kongsberg 2-3 days a week
