As Executive Production, you will be reporting to the Factory Manager - Paints, and your job will include:
- Work distribution, co-ordination and supervision of the shift activities in the paint production department.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations related to production and filling.
- Ensure calibration of all measuring and test equipment’s in the department.
- Ensure cleanliness of the processing/filling area, sub store and scrap yard.
- Co-ordinate with QC/Colour lab, CSD etc for urgent orders/Reprocessing.
- To do the hazard identification and risk analysis of his work area as per HSEQ standard.
- Ensure that all machines are switched off before leaving/after works and on the eve of holidays.
- Total responsibility of the factory when in night shift.
- Deputizing the Production Manager in his absence or on leave.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of ODM & HSEQ
- Any Bachelor/Master degree
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
