General ERP Project Manager for the biggest IT implementation program in DFDS 

With the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, DFDS is embarking on a digital transformation across HR, Finance and Procurement.
To reach the finish line, we need an experienced ERP Project Manager to drive the implementation and rollouts to +20 countries.

We need you in the driver seat
As the General Project Manager, you will be part of a very competent and international ERP project team that will implement the D365 F&O DFDS Global template in more than 60+ entities all over Europe.
You will be in the driver seat working closely with the project team consisting of six Project Managers (Technical Solution Architect, Functional Finance, Functional Procurement, Change Management, Test and Integrations) and 14 track leads, each leading their area of expertise.

Furthermore, you will work very closely together with the Project Manager and Lead Solution Architect from our implementation partner, where you will be the overall responsible for all DFDS deliveries.

The ERP program is run out of the DFDS headquarter in Copenhagen but working very closely with our shared finance service center in Poznan, Poland, where several core project members are located. 
You will be based in Copenhagen but are expected to travel 20-30 days a year.

You will be an integral part of the ERP program, advisory boards and steercos, and report to the ERP program manager, while working closely with various stakeholders at various levels across the whole organization.
Being the General Project Manager for a program like this is very exciting, challenging and two days never look the same.

You will get a direct, transparent, and empowering manager who enjoys everyday fun and a good social atmosphere. You will be part of the Technology and Innovation Division and located in the ERP program team, alongside other project managers in the program.

Turning the focus to you – who are we looking for?
It is an advantage if you are an experienced ERP Project Manager used to working with big and complex projects involving many stakeholders across functional and technical areas.
We do not expect you to know all finance, procurement, HR processes or system setup or configurations, however, you must be curious and good at asking questions to ensure progress, so that milestones are reached, and risks are mitigated timely.
Moreover, the ideal candidate is structured, a good planner and able to manage own and project time according to critical priorities.

We also weigh that you are a good communicator both up and down, have highly developed collaboration skills, and are excellent at motivating people around you while building strong relations.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have run other large IT projects in the field between IT and Finance
• Have proven experience with ERP implementations (preferable Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations or similar modules from other ERP software providers)
• Have a proven toolbox for doing project management
• Have a relevant educational background either within Business or IT
• Have experience with contract management to ensure contractual obligations with our implementation partner and software partner are fulfilled
• Have experience with leading a project team
• Have Steerco experience with members of the C-suite
• Are an experienced workshop facilitator and are exceptionally good at asking questions
• Are a firefighter and likes that no day looks like the other and thrives in a very dynamic working environment
• Ideally are a certified Project Manager (IPMA C, Prince2 Practioner, or similar).
• Ideally have worked in/with Azure DevOps
