An exciting opportunity has arisen as Engineer, Quality Management (QM). In this role, you will be part of the HQ Quality team delivering quality management to Kongsberg Maritime. Our Business Support Division manages a large of range of supporting functions, with the responsibility to provide support to divisions according to divisional needs, while facilitating for divisional independence. Among other functions, Business Support covers HR, Compliance, Security, Export Control, Facility Management and Internal Communication.

 

Key accountabilities

• perform audits, training activities and risk assessments
• participate in quality projects and improvements
• contribute to management reviews
• contribute to problem solving
• improve quality procedures and tools
• communication activities
• promote best-practices

 

Qualifications and experience

• bachelor/Master degree
• experience from the maritime and/or oil & gas industry is an advantage
• experience within the quality profession is an advantage
• certified auditor is an advantage, may be developed as a part of the position
• knowledge to quality standards methods and tools
• good written and oral English skills
