Key Accountabilities:

This role reports to Senior Vice President for Offshore Production Systems (OPS) and is a full member of the OPS Management Team. 

• Lead and manage OPS innovation for new systems and products.
• Drive the strategic development of OPS emerging business.
• Responsible for early phases of client tenders and feasibility studies.
• Full operative management of the department and lead according to Kongsberg Maritime’s leadership principles.
• Financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of management experience, including experience with leading strategic and innovative teams. Preferably masters’ degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in technology development
• Strong networking skills and stakeholder management
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
