We are looking for a comitted and strategic Department Manger for our Project Management team in Grenland. 

 

For our interdisciplinary environment in Grenland with 80 employees, we are now looking for a manager for our Project Management department. The department currently has 12 skilled employees. As a Manager you will play a central role in our projects and be strongly involved in reaching our ambitious growth goals. We are looking for you who can equip the department for future-oriented thinking ang growth, and who can facilitate and drive forward good processes. You are comfortable to challenge current working methods, and are able to create trust, cooperation and commitment with both managers and employees.  

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Participation in strategy development
• Responsibility for personell and competence development in the department
• Involvement in key projects
• Prepare the department for future growth (Methodology/tools)
• Responsibility for delivery and quality in projects
• Involved in marked and tender work
• Dedicated customer responsibility

 

Skills and qualifications:

• Engineer (MSc/BSc) with 10 years of experience in industrial projects
• High focus on HSE, ethics and values

• Experience as a project leader or as department manager
• Knowledge of regulations and standards
• Structured, proactive, result- and solution oriented
• Good skills in Norwegian and English
