Sales Representative - Casablanca/Rabat

Jotun Maroc was established in 2009 as one of the key markets in North Africa with a huge potential for paint industry development in the area. Within this framework , we are looking for a Sales Representative (Decorative Paint) to promote our products in the Casablanca / Rabat Region. 

Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Decorative Sales Manager, the main responsibilities are:

  • Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits, maintain good relationship and obtain daily market information. 
  • Secure medium/large projects and increase the market share of promoters, architects, interior designers and contractors.
  • Develop big accounts project customers' database and make sure that our brand is well represented in the market.
  • Follow-up with our dealers /Show-rooms and support our corporate identity and distribution strategy by coordinating, assisting, and monitoring closely with our partners to achieve our sales target.
  • Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well the new openings.
  •  Follow-up on collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
  •  Liaise with marketing team for all related activities (Seminars; trainings; products launch…)
  • Coordinate with significant departments : Finance, Customer & Technical service.
  • Bachelor degree in sales administration/business development.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within a paint/construction industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic/French, English is a plus.
