Do you have excellent customer service skills? Be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy dealing with people? DFDS are looking for a Warehouse Systems Controller to join their outgoing, positive and friendly team in Immingham. You will be required to ensure that all cargo data is entered the Terminal/Warehouse management systems efficiently. You will have interaction with internal and external customers a polite and friendly personality is a must.

This is a varied role, and you will be responsible for a number of tasks including carrying out process cargo movement inwards and outwards in the Terminal/Warehouse systems. Package & unpackage cargo to and from terminal equipment. Liaise with the Customer Services Department and external agencies as required.

Inform the Warehouse Shift Managers of any problems as they arise.  Use of the Warehouse and Terminal computer systems and update /input warehouse stock levels as required.
