Are you passionate about improving the customer experience? We are searching for an experienced CX-analyst who, together with the CX-team, can drive the implementation for a new way of working with customer feedback.

About the job
The CX-team is responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty processes at SEB Private and Corporate market in Sweden. As a member of our team you will manage the NPS-system for increased customer satisfaction, other research projects and insights. You will be responsible for the entire process from data collection, analysis and reporting of NPS and ad hoc surveys. In the daily work you will work closely with segments and channels to set up feedback surveys and ad hoc projects. We see the importance of mixing insights from different sources, therefor you will work in close collaboration with UX-team to complement quantitative with qualitative insights.

You will be super user of the CX-platform and responsible for education and support for users of the platform. You will take part in forming the way we combine X- and O-data to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be jointly responsible with the rest of the team for working compliant to GDPR for the NPS-system and ad hoc-surveys..

Who are you? 
To succeed in this role, you need to have knowledge and experience of survey methodology, research projects and reporting as well as experience of working in CX-platforms or similar tools. Knowledge of SAS is a merit.

You have experience of similar CX-projects and thrive in project-based environment. You have great analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from large datasets. Experience of models for text analytics is a merit.

Curiosity and the ability to put yourself in your customer's shoes to understand the customer pain points are important. We want you to be a team player who is proactive, pedagogic and with strong collaboration and networking skills.
