DFDS, Europe’s leading ferry operator, is looking for part time Customer Experience Host(s) based in Dover

 

As a Customer Experience Host you will look after our guests who travel with DFDS by coach, you will care for our customers from the start to finish of their itinerary. You will be responsible for the customer journey from boarding the coach, to checking in at port, whilst sailing onboard our vessels, visiting our new Duty Free stores in Calais or Dunkirk along with the onward journey to their final destination.

 

You will need to continually offer an informative and engaging environment when travelling with our customers, coach itineraries can be long days with early start times or late finishes, your upbeat spirit will guarantee our guests have a fantastic experience when travelling with DFDS. Sometimes everything does not always go to plan, remaining calm under pressure will need to be one of your key strengths, with excellent interpersonal skills.

The role requires travel to France, therefore applicants must be able to comply with the entry requirementsand have a full valid passport.
