Responsibilities and tasks

• Follow-up WinTid for employees inthe installation department
• Check that hours and variable compensation is registered correctly in accordance with labour union agreements (NITO Land and Offshore, Tekna land and Offshore, Jointers Land, Offshore and variable sick pay, FLT).Ensure that correct cost centers/internal orders/WBS are used
• Participate in monthly/quarterly closing tasks :
  • Boat/Barge/Capjet/Equipment days
  • Book hours from consultants and operator’s invoices into projects through the use of standard rates for hours, equipment + travel expenses for external personnel
  • Approve all hours transferred from WinTid to Cats for SLS. Transfer to SAP all hours for SLS Division
• Participate in the budget process for Cost Centre
• Record, follow-up and approve time sheets forthe installation department for personnel without access to WinTid
