Competence Development Advisor

The Competence Development department in Jotun manages projects across regions, functions and segments, serving over 10.000 employees and annual sales of around 20 billion NOK. As a Competence Development Advisor, you will be part of a global team, managing and facilitating parts of the Jotun Academy portfolio. You will develop and administrate digital learning tools, launch new training initiatives and arrange classroom training. 

Duties and responsibilities
  • Manage and develop parts of Jotun’s Academy portfolio
  • Facilitate and deliver parts of the Academy training classes
  • Manage and participate in selected competence- and digital learning projects
  • Implement and administrate digital learning tools and software
  • Support employees in utilizing digital learning tools
  • Measure the effect of training initiatives
  • Share learning and best practice across segments and regions
  • Monitor market trends and map competence development needs
Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration / Project Management
  • 4-6 years relevant experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Digital skills within administrative software as well as relevant digital learning tools
  • Experience with instructional design and digital content production  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Structured approach to problem solving
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-50 days per year
