DFDS Fort William are currently looking for a Class 1 Driver. This will be working a 55 hour week on a any 5 from 7 shift basis with overtime available.

 

Working with a team of drivers on refrigerated work from our customers site based at Fort William, travel to DFDS warehouse Larkhall swap trailers and continue to customers Rosyth factory with delivery then return to Fort William site. Routes can change if customer requires orders taken to other locations, carryout walk round checks on vehicle and trailers reporting any defects and keeping in close contact with transport office, vehicles kept clean and tidy. Drivers do not load the trailers this is done by warehouse staff at all sites.

 

Temperature control experience is desirable but training will be given.

 

What you will need:

• Full HGV Class 1 Licence
• Valid DIGI Card
• Valid CPC Card
• Good English verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
