Purpose of the Position:

We are seeking an exceptional, commercial, and hard-working individual who has demonstrated extraordinary achievements with a relevant background, for the role of Chief Technology Officer! Extraordinary achievements and a strong work ethic may compensate for a lack of formal experience. 24SevenOffice has replaced majority of its top management positions during the last 2 years and is now ready to embark on its unicorn journey being one of the few SaaS companies currently able to demonstrate +30% organic growth, a strong positive development in profitability, while being well-capitalized for further growth.

As CTO, you will assume a crucial position in strengthening our technological future. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust technology strategy that supports both our short-term needs and long-term goals to advance growth and scale the company to the next level of its journey. You will also be responsible for staying updated and implementing new technology across the company, including artificial intelligence and other groundbreaking technologies. You will have the responsibility for both seeing the big picture and continuously developing the product and technology strategy of the company. You will also need to work closely with the organization and dive into specific customer cases to provide relevant advice and plans to your department and the rest of the organization. You will become part of our ambitious and hard-working leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, and collaborate with the leadership team and organization to align the technology strategy with business goals and overall strategy.
• Lead, scale, and guide skilled development and technology teams, as well as other team leaders, to promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies including artificial intelligence and other ground breaking technologies.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance in our technological solutions, as well as reliability of all applications and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the company's growth through technology leadership and innovation.
• Create and execute a roadmap related to product development and technology architecture, and ensure successful software delivery in line with the company's goals.
• Engage with clients and external partners as a trusted technology advisor, in order to boost 24SevenOffice’s business strategy and results.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background and experience from relevant positions, but extraordinary achievements and a strong work ethic may compensate for lack of formal experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software / AI engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams and projects effectively.
• Effectively communicate the team's goals and vision and explain the link to the company’s goals and vision.
• Excellent problem solving skills, critical thinking and structure of business cases.
• Innovative and performance based leadership; accountable for results, deadlines, demonstrates can-do attitude and encourages new thinking, improvement of existing processes to achieve the company’s business and financial goals.
• Inclusive and rewarding; rewards extraordinary work effort and results while fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services and infrastructure, e.g., AWS and private hosting environments with kubernetes.
• Experience in designing cloud architecture, security, migration and scalability, and a broad understanding of different technology frameworks is preferred.
• Personal experience in programming and AI modeling.
• Understanding of business strategies and the ability to align technological solutions with the company’s goals.
• Ability to make good judgements and trade-offs between piloting and creating short-term results vs. long term scalability and robustness in the technology platform and product releases.
