Working Monday to Friday, you will be trained on all aspects of this role which includes (but is not limited to) communicating any transport issues with customers and resolving issues with the wider team to ensure a good customer journey end to end. You will be investigating shipments that do not have the correct amount of product on as well as working with overseas offices regarding deliveries. You will handle a proportion of email and phone communications with customers and stakeholders. You will partake in coordinating vessel planning to guarantee smooth departures from the ports.

DFDS are looking for someone who is vocal with ideas, so confidence is a must. The successful applicant will be a great communicator with efficient ways of working. You should be organised and able to multi-task when needed, whilst being able to react quickly to urgent situations. The right person will be great at decision making and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will have fantastic attention to detail and be driven to get the job done to the correct standards.
