This is a great opportunity for you to form and develop a new position at Kappahl! As a Business & Operation Controller, you work in close cooperation with Controller Managers at our Business Units to support and secure strategies and goals for Kappahl. This is a position with a large amount of responsibility, daily challenges, and possibility to influence your own work. Welcome to us!

Your main responsibilities will be:

-       Guidance for strategic and operational decisions as well as change initiatives.

-       Provide controlling expertise within several areas, such as growth plans and 3rd Party Sales.

-       Cost analysis and follow-up KPI’s for Business Units and marketing. 

-       Engaged in business projects, developing processes, tools and governance methods to increase efficiency and to develop the business.

-       Proactively define and implement the analytic agenda needed to deliver on set targets, including spend analysis, budget guidance and follow up, business case build-up and reporting.

Your competence

We seek you who have a master's degree in Economics or similar. We think that you have previous experience as a Business Controller. To be successful, you need to have an analytic mindset, be able to act independently as well as being a team player, have strong communication skills, commercial understanding and advanced skills in Excel, Power BI and Powerpoint.  You also need an advanced level of English and need to understand and speak Swedish. 

Your personality

Further you are someone who takes the initiative and gets things done. You see solutions where others see problems and keep an eye on the details while never losing track of the big picture. You are also used to working independently and have a strong drive and courage to take decisions.  We believe you enjoy keeping busy and working at a high tempo.

You enjoy being flexible and have a positive mindset to changes. As we are on a transformational journey it is important that you are motivated by thinking in new ways and working with continuous improvements in close cooperation with others.
