Bi Lingual Customer Service Specialist – FTC

Being a multi-national business, we interact with large numbers of customers and stakeholders. We want to be able to communicate with our customers easily, which is why we are looking for a Bi-lingual or Multi-Lingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Newcastle.

Working from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, we need you to be able to communicate in English and Polish fluently. It’s essential for us as a business that we deliver an excellent customer service experience, so you’ll need to build a rapport quickly and ensure our guests feel comfortable. You’ll need to provide a professional and efficient service making reservations and handing queries via telephone, email, online chat, and face to face. You’ll act as the first contact resolution of customers queries and requests, so we need you to be proficient within another language but also to be able to communicate with colleagues in English. 

Part of the role is also proactively contacting existing and potential customers and discussing their experience, to provide feedback to our teams on improvements.  You need to have a sound understanding of our services, so you are able to promote & sell these to our customers.

Rate of pay £10.20 p/h
