Here at Statkraft we are now recruiting Wind Farm Technicians to work on site at Andershaw Wind farm, South of Glasgow in South Lanarkshire.

 

The successful candidates will be part of a small site-based team of technicians who will also be required to travel to other parts of the UK, ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of our other wind farms. 

You will also be required to maintain a detailed knowledge of the technologies and products used across the range of our clients’ wind turbines.

About you:

 

We look for experienced Wind Farm Technicians with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions.

 

As a Statkraft Wind Farm Technician you will have experience in the wind industry, focusing on service and fault-finding duties on Vestas V117 turbines. 

As the role will also include working with medium and high voltage networks, H.V. operational experience would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be given for this aspect of the role. 

 

You will be highly motivated and prepared to work in small teams and be physically capable of fulfilling the role. English language fluency and a full UK driving license is required.
