We are now looking to hire a dedicated Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Team Lead will manage and lead the team supplying Warehouse Services on behalf of Leonardo UK Ltd to the Norwegian All-Weather Search and Rescue Helicopter project (AW101) from the Main Support Base (MSB) at KAMS, Kjeller.

To succeed as the Warehouse Team Lead, you should be able to think creatively, be proactive, collaborative and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will lead your team at the MSB, while managing proper inventory and maintaining accountability.  Having education logistics or engineering is beneficial. Minimum of 2-3 years’ warehouse experience, with experience in the aerospace industry and EMAR/EASA regulation, is a plus. English, both written and verbal, a must.

 

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for the long, and short-term structuring of the MSB and delivery of the service.
• Lead day-to-day MSB operations.
• Act as a local point of contact for Leonardo UK Ltd on the Warehouse Services.
• Contribute to the continuous development of warehouse services through facilitating internal material practices and suggest changes to necessary instructions and procedures for efficient material flow.
• Ensure that all tasks are performed according to the requirements laid down within Procedures and EMAR.
