An exciting opportunity has arisen as Warehouse Manager, reporting to the HSE Senior Manager, America Region.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for outgoing and incoming shipments, maintaining inventory control, purchasing/receiving of stock, tracking customer owned repairs, and sales order entry.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
  • Sorts and places materials on racks or shelves, moving to and from loading docks and shipping/receiving.
  • Frequently operates a forklift, pallet jack, and banding machine.
  • Prepares merchandise for shipment, as required.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records and completes cycle counts.
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
  • Negotiates courier and freight company rates.
  • Create shipments and customs documentation for outgoing shipments, both domestic and international.
  • Set up and maintain forklift training.
  • Suggest improvements on project plan and report needs to Manager.
  • Planning and coordination with resource allocation to task and services.
  • Stop unsafe work immediately and communicate issues to team and Manager.

YOU ARE ABLE TO:

  • Carry out service and support for our equipment and customers.
  • Identify and report incidents, improvements, and needs to Sr. HSE Manager.
  • Independently prioritize and complete work tasks for the assigned repair, service visit, or project.
  • Track metrics related to the service department such as repair time, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and handle materials that weigh up to 75 lbs.
  • Experience operating a forklift is required.
  • Inventory management / cycle counting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous activities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
  • Experience with supporting government shipments.

 

Work Location: Lynnwood, Washington 

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually (DOE)
