Vianode AS is owned by Elkem, Hydro and Altor and was established early 2021. We aim to become a leading solutions provider to the fast-growing battery industry.

Our first full-scale industrial plant for production of anode graphite is being built at Herøya and start of production in first phase (fast-track) will be in 2024.
This is a unique opportunity for you to have a key role right from the development phase and into industrialization. 

Vianode has locations at Kristiansand, Porsgrunn and in Oslo.  The main working location may be at any of these locations, but you should be prepared for periodic travel to the other locations.  You will play an important role in the IT organization, and the work will also be in close cooperation with other parts of the organization. The main focus will be on IT infrastructure, including the Microsoft stack of cloud based solutions. Currently, Vianode uses a portfolio of systems maintained by Elkem IT, but through the next year, Vianode will make its own choices for the future IT architecture.

Areas of responsibility:

• Supporting all parts of the organization in setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure, with a main focus on the Microsoft cloud based solutions, network and client infrastructure.
• Responsibility for change projects & initiatives related to the IT infrastructure
• Support to maintaining and developing the technical IT architecture and the IT security architecture
• A key connection point to the current and future IT infrastructure partners

Key qualifications:

• Experience with the Microsoft solution stack (Microsoft Power platform, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Microsoft 365, Office 365).
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with network and IT security infrastructure
• Experience with business and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, LIMS etc) is an advantage
• Experience with the current business systems at Vianode (Infor M3 ERP, Hexagon EAM, Advantage LIMS, Aveva MES) is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from industrial production
• Good knowledge of English (working language), knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage
