About the job
Your primary responsibilities will include, in collaboration with architects and developers, setting the technical roadmap for data processing within the Savings & Investments area. Technologies available span over a wide range, including amongst others relational databases (Oracle/MSSQL/DB2), Big Data (Hadoop/Data Lake/Kafka/Spark), Google Cloud, Pub/Sub, ETL (Informatica Power Center), data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), and more.

The BI/DW solutions in Savings & Investments provides SEB with a structured data warehouse with focus on business value and flexibility along with cost-effective development, maintenance and operation.

As part of our delivery team you will communicate and collaborate with colleagues, Key stakeholders, provide knowledge and guidance in the technical vision, mentor and continuously help improve team members performance.

Who are you?
To succeed in your role, you need experience in upgrading the analytics capabilities of your data. You need extensive experience in Data warehousing and BI solutions. You have a deep understanding of system design, data structures, and understand how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions. We also believe that you have experience in Dimensional modelling and Data Vault modelling and data pipelines.

You are a team player and skilled in communication and collaborating in a multicultural environment. As a forward-thinking expert in your field, you encourage and drive change and continuous improvement across teams, tools and processes. You possess an analytical mind set that enables you to solve complex technical problems, anticipate possible challenges and proactively address those challenges. You have excellent leadership skills and a drive for innovation and change.
