Here we offer an exciting position where you can use your innovative and analytical thinking to create the best experience for the users of CoSoft’s products. In this position you will be a part of our UX team, who is responsible for the user experience of a SaaS platform with 7 applications. Together with our developers, product owners, stakeholders and users you design solutions that are one-step-ahead. 

CoSoft is a Stockholm based development unit in Azets Sweden, a part of CogitalGroup. We are an energetic team with diversified expertise. Our team members are located in 5 different cities in 4 countries. 

This is a temporary employment of 1 year covering for a parental leave but there may be opportunities for permanent employment as an extension.

Some of your tasks in this position will be:

• Facilitate design workshop with developers and designers to conceptualize user experience in our applications 
• Support our development team in developing the platform with detailed wireframes and interaction models
• Perform user test to validate design proposals
• Collaborate with UX and design team to develop our design system. 
• Carry out research to understanding users’ needs and motivations
• Analyze, prioritize and develop requirements according to user feedback data

We are looking for you with an academic degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science or a related discipline with at least 1 year of experience working as a UX designer.

We believe that you have a deep understanding of design practices and design patterns, good communication skills and knowledge in Agile methodology in development.
