We are looking for an ambitious UI/UX designer with great creativity and significant drive to be part of SEB Kort’s User Experience team located in our stunning offices in Arenastaden.

SEB Kort Bank AB is a fully owned subsidiary of the SEB Group with approximately 600 employees operating in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. SEB Kort’s business targets are two strategic areas: corporate and consumer. In both areas, SEB Kort works from three different brand perspectives consisting of our own brands, which are Spendwise and Eurocard, the SEB brand as well as several partner brands (SAS, Circle K, SJ, DNB, OP, and more).

About the job
You will work in a cross functional web team delivering design from idea to end value in use for our different brands. Our cross functional teams are organized around value with the responsibility to deliver end to end value for our customers.

You clarify UX with flows, wireframes and prototypes and then finalize visual design to be built. You work with CRO, A/B-testing, experiments to solve customer needs and test new business models.

You bring the skills and enthusiasm to involve the team in human centric design methods to deliver great user experience.  You work closely with the PO and team to run experiments, design and ship solutions that solve customer needs.

You will play a significant role in our UX and Service Design community in SEB  consisting of approx. 50 highly competent designers who constantly learn from each other, give feedback on designs, coach and contribute to a more customer focused SEB. We can proudly say that we have educated 2000 employees in Service Design, and the number is constantly rising.

Who are you?
You are a team player with excellent visual design skills. You are super passionate about UI design as well as the actual user experience and journey. You love backing your design with research to uncover user intentions and pain points, designing and prototyping for A/B- and user tests.

You are advanced user of Sketch or Figma with solid skills in streamlining yours and fellow designers work into component libraries and design systems.

You are structured, and can identify problems and challenges. You are proactive, can set up processes and you pay great attention to detail which shines through in your pixel perfect designs. You are also fully capable of working independently, and know how to prioritize. It is also important that you have good collaboration and communication skills, and enjoy working closely with others.

You have at least 3 years experience within UI/UX  with a visual design education and a portfolio to be considered.
