The Role… We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Transport Planner for DFDS Logistics OÜ based in Tallinn. You would join our Estonian planning team and help kickstart traffics to and from Estonia with our sales team. To be considered you will have former experience in running a traffic, preferably between Estonia and Baltics, Finland, Western Europe

 

Main responsibilities:

• Kickstarting and running the Estonian daily traffic in Tallinn office.
• Working with other planning teams to find a good balance in the traffics
• Working with the planning software
• Communication with the drivers and clients

Required attributes:

• At least 3 years former experience in running a road transportation traffic
• Higher education
• Very good English and Estonian language skills, Russian on communication level
• High level of self-motivation
• Very good computer skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales is a big plus
• Finnish language is a plus.
