Test/QA Lead – FRC Domain

We secure daily deliveries of the bank’s financial data with input from 100+ business ledgers, so this is an opportunity to add value to the very core of SEB!
About the job
As Test/QA Lead you will be responsible for driving the QA agenda for the value flow cross our Domain, providing the direction for the scrum teams. Setting processes and routines, defining test strategy for environment and content as well as ways of working related to test and quality. We will serve you a “Swedish smörgåsbord” of opportunities in this area. Your creative mind and fingers will feel total satisfaction and you will have a possibility to really make a difference! The flows we are developing and maintaining is running through various platforms starting on Mainframe but also including Oracle, .NET, SEBShift, Informatica etc. We have recently started an architectural movement towards the next generation of our finance solutions in which you will play an important role! Our area’s delivery flow is divided between Stockholm and Vilnius and you will interact with colleagues of different competence and background, but we all share one common goal. You will report to the department manager and you will work cross our Tribe teams.

You have probably several years’ experience from working with Agile and QA related tasks in a complex, business critical and demanding environment. Having an open ear towards tech trends as well as stakeholder needs will be a success factor. You have an interest in software development and test automation and likes to take an active part in our change agenda going forward. Experience from working in the finance area and/or from working with BI/DW solutions is meriting. For this role, being fluent in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
