Are you driven, structured and like to cooperate with others?

As a Test Lead at Kappahl IT, you are involved and contribute to the changes we make in our IT systems. You do this by starting to plan for tests, both manual and automated tests, as early as possible in the requirements phase, and then leading your colleagues through the necessary test activities.

Amongst other your will:
• Act as a test leader in projects with responsibility for planning the whole test cycle and following up tests
• Ensure an effective "release pipeline" from a test perspective, striving to automate tests in test tools, preferably RSAT
• Together with other test leaders evaluate and develop methods and test standards, test tools, templates, training, etc.
• Participate in test forums for Kappahl's test leaders, led by Test Manager (a role that has the overall responsibility for testing at Kappahl IT)
• Coach and educate colleagues in the test area

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe you that you have a background in testing where you probably have worked a few years with test management. You are open to new impulses and enjoy driving change in your own team and can cooperate good with others. You are interested and understand the technology but have your focus on the test process that creates value to the business. As success depends on getting others involved, you need to have good pedagogical and social skills. You take great responsibility for your work, pay attention to details, follow up your work, and you will also take pride in taking your test plans to the finish line.
Formally, you have a relevant degree with a focus on IT combined with qualified experience of running test management within an IT department.

You have a good understanding of integration- and acceptance tests and you like to build test plans and lead the all the phases of these plans. You should have experience in how to build test plans in Azure DevOps and automate them with RSAT, which would be very meritorious.

We are looking for you that:

• has experience in automated tests, performance tests and safety tests
• has experience of testing of ERP-systems. Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and RSAT is valued
• is used to getting to know the customer's everyday life to understand their needs
• is used to working with external suppliers
• has knowledge of the retail industry and the ability to use IT to transform business requirements into test requirements
• communicates freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
